In the third century AD, in a book called Liber Medicinalis, it was prescribed to wear an amulet with the word ABRACADABRA written in the form of a triangle to make lethal diseases go away. It was used as a magical formula by the Gnostics of the sect of Basilides in invoking the aid of beneficent spirits against disease and misfortune. <1

APU AUSANGATE
Apu is 'holy mountain' in Que'chua. Apu Ausangate is one of the most important masculine sacred mountains of the Inca empire and in the shamanic lineage of the high Andes in Peru. Its mystical meaning is 'awakening to knowing and revelation' and is revered as a place of power. Ancient wisdom and knowledge resides in the high mountains. Shamans always call upon the apus for guidance and protection for healing, prayer, and ceremony.

AURA
The aura can be described as a luminous matrix that surrounds and interpenetrates a physical body, emitting its own characteristic radiance. The human aura, also called the luminous energy field, is the part of the universal energy field that is associated with the physical body. The blueprint of the physical body, which informs and manifests the form and health of the body, is held within the aura. The aura also includes information and memory from all of our past and present history, trauma, as well as inherited stories from our ancestors. Our emotions, our beliefs, and the colored lens through which we perceive reality are all held within the aura. Based on observation, researchers have created theoretical models that divide the aura into several layers, sometimes called bodies. Each succeeding body is composed of finer substances and higher "vibrations" than the body that it surrounds and interpenetrates.

AYNI, in Que'chua, means right relationship, sacred reciprocity. If you give you will receive and if you receive you must give back. Earthkeeper medicine practices are based on the idea that we must align ourselves with nature and come back into balance, and then our natural health will return. When we are in AYNI, paradise is our home; and physical, mental, and emotional health is our birthright. We discover that we never left Eden.
MUNAY is love in Que'chua. Unconditional, eternal, unreasoned love. Located at the heart center, it is the exercise of power for the shaman. It is the law of love. Rather than an emotion, munay is seen as an attitude of respect and appreciation for everyone and everything.

DESPACHO
A despacho is a ceremonial offering of a prayer bundle (message) created and offered to Spirit, commonly used to attain ayni -right relationship- and set things in balance. A despacho ceremony is the primary healing tool used among the Andean shamans and is used for all types of life transitions such as marriage, death, health issues, or prayers for abundance, protection, etc. A wide variety of elements, each with its own symbolic meaning, are intricately arranged on white paper, infused with intention, prayer, and breath into a beautiful mandala which is then bundled up to be offered to the spirits by either being burned, buried, or released into a body of water.

EARTH STAR
"Located approximately six inches below the feet is the Earth Star. Corresponding to the Earth Star point are energy centers found at the soles of the feet. The two sole chakras and the Earth Star form a triangle pointing downward that channels the Divine Essence not only through the physical body but into the very roots of a human-light being's relationship to the Earth. GREAT WHITE BROTHERHOOD
The Great White Brotherhood, also known as The Brotherhood of Light, or The Sisterhood of Light, is a Spiritual Order of Hierarchy and an organization of Ascended Masters, Angels, and Cosmic Beings united for the highest Service to God in all of Life. Ho'oponopono is an ancient Hawaian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness to correct and restore right relationships. One way to practice Ho'oponopono is to recite the prayer continuously (out loud or internally) with deep intention to reflect on the entanglement of emotions or injuries, to witness and acknowledge the feelings without judgement, and to release, let go, and move forward clear.
HUCHA & SAMI
Hucha - [who-cha] - energetic debris - is low, heavy, and dense energies that accumulate into sludge in our luminous energy field as we mask, suppress, control, sedate, escape, and defend ourselves against traumas and painful experiences, causing our bodies to become unbalanced and susceptible to dis-ease. Hucha is kawsay ( [cow-sigh] the vital living energy that animates the cosmos; the energy that makes up all matter and which all matter absorbs and radiates ) that is slowed down or becomes stagnant or blocked, and so is perceived as heavy or dense energy. It is only created by humans.
Sami - [sah-mee] - is the opposite, high frequency light energy that comes from being in harmony with the universe which uplift us with feelings of love, compassion, and gratitude. When our luminous energy field is filled with sami, our mind has clarity and we are physically energized, healthy and vital. Light, refined energy. The "nectar"of energy that empowers us. Life-force energy.

ILLUMINATION

The Illumination Process achieves healing in three ways. First, it burns up the sludge and deposits adhering to the walls of a chakra. This promotes longevity and strengthens the immune response. Second, it combusts the toxic energy around malignant physical and emotional imprints. This is the fuel that an imprint employs to express itself. Third, it scours clean the imprint in the Luminous Energy Field. The Illumination Process brings about healing at the source, at the blueprint level of our being. When these imprints are erased, one can readily change negative emotions and behaviors. The power of the immune system is unleashed, so that physical healing is accelerated.
Every imprint in the Luminous Energy Field is linked to a chakra through which it releases its toxic data into the central nervous system. The imprint is the source, the chakra the pipeline, and the nervous system the distribution network.

CHAPTER FIRST.
HARMONIC LAWS OF THE UNIVERSE
I. LIGHT.
Light reveals the glories of the external world and yet is the most glorious of them all. It gives beauty, reveals beauty and is itself most beautiful. It is the analyzer, the truth-teller and the exposer of shams, for it shows things as they are. Its infinite streams measure off the universe and flow into our telescopes from stars which are quintillions of miles distant. On the other hand, it descends to objects inconceivably small, and reveals through the microscope objects fifty millions of times less than can be seen by the naked eye. Like all other fine forces, its movement is wonderfully soft, and yet penetrating and powerful. Without its vivifying influence vegetable, animal and human life must immediately perish from the earth, and general ruin take place. We shall do well, then, to consider this potential and beautiful principle of light and its component colors, for the more deeply we penetrate into its inner laws, the more will it present itself as a marvelous store-house of power to vitalize, heal, refine, and delight makind.
LUMINOUS ENERGY FIELD
The luminous energy field, also called Poq'po in Quechua, surrounds the physical body and holds within it an archive of all of our personal and ancestral memories, of all early-life trauma, and even painful wounds from former lifetimes. These records and imprints are stored with full intensity of emotion and somehow like dormant computer programs can become activated to compel us toward behaviors, accidents, relationships, and illnesses that parody the initial wounding. The LEF contains a template of how we live, how we age, how we heal, and how we might die. Dis-ease starts first in this energy field and then moves to the physical. When imprints are surfaced, dissolved, and aligned, we readily change our negative behaviors and feelings and participate in life from a higher level. When we heal our luminous energy field, our physical bodies and emotions heal. See Aura.

The cosmic mother: the cosmic feminine principle; the divine feminine. The entire material universe. Pachamama is also used to refer to Gaia energy and to Mother Earth, although the physical earth as a spirit being is also called Mama Allpa.

RAINBOW BODY
Our energy centers (chakras) become dull and grey when our luminous energy fields (aura) have trauma and illness. The chakras become like pools of psychic sewage which will eventually cause dis-ease in the physical body. Through illumination we can heal our energy centers to make them glow with their original radiance emitting the colors of the rainbow. When all our chakras are healthy and clear, spinning and vibrating radiantly, we acquire a Rainbow Body,! becoming the mythical Rainbow Bridge linking Heaven and Earth, mind and body, spirit and matter, past and future. Our vibrational life force expands and functions at a higher level facilitating our connection to the luminous Earthkeepers and to our higher selves and spirit guides.
SACRED SPACE
Sacred space is a protected healing sphere that is pure, holy and safe. For example, a healing session starts by opening sacred space, calling on the forces of nature and spirit. In this space we leave behind the affairs of our ordinary busy life to enter a sanctuary of stillness and prepare to connect with the god of our hearts. Doorways open into our quiet inner world where deep healing takes place. Sacred space also gives us access to the luminous healers - the medicine men and women from the spirit world, spirit guides, and angels.
SHAMAN
A shaman stands with one foot in the physical world, and one foot in the world of spirit. A shaman is a myth maker and a visionary, the author of her own story. She develops the ability to navigate the sea of consciousness and mediate between the visible world of form and matter and the invisible world of energy and spirit. For a shaman, the experience of divinity or god is based on direct personal experience. She knows that everything is imbibed with spirit, everything is light bound into matter. A shaman uses her power and knowledge in service for the good of all beings on earth. She has a high sense of ethics and works through intent though holds no attachment to the results. There is no good, no evil - only in the hearts of men. There are only light or heavy energies. A shaman faces the shadow - personal and collective - that is disowned by culture. She creates sacred space, is sensuous, holds no judgement, and knows that the power that heals can also destroy, and uses it wisely. She knows that consensual time is linear but does not get bound by cause and effect and instead is informed by circular time, synchronicity. She is a careful observer of nature and knows that the organizing principle of the universe is love. She understands the universe to be benign and that it is only predatory when we are out of balance. When we are in ayni, the universe conspires on our behalf. When a shaman calls spirit, spirit answers, and when spirit calls, she must answer, it is reciprocal. - Alberto Villodo

SHAMANISM
As above, so below. Shamanism is an animistic practice which existed all over the world with a tradition of over 50,000 and some say even 100,000 years. Shamanism believes that everything is Spirit: we are all connected, the water, the air, the rock, the whale, the tree, the earth and birds, the algae, my grandmother, the lion, the ladybug, the stars and so on. Shamanism is aligned with the ancient feminine theology of co-operation and susainability and can be likened to mysticism in action, the Law of Nature, the Law of One.

The Soul Star is located approximately six inches above the top of the head and is the interconnecting link between the Stellar Gateway and the eight human chakras.
